We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** with proven experience in daily operations involving palletized goods, stock control, computerized inventory management, priority management, and production support, to join a company engaged in warehousing, order preparation, internal supply, and dispatches. We need an **organized, committed, solution-oriented, and results-driven** individual who not only knows how to handle goods but also how to organize the warehouse, control inventory, prioritize SKUs, supply production, and ensure work is completed accurately and without errors. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Daily warehouse and operational organization. * Use of **PDA** for picking, movements, and location tracking. * Operation of **pallet jack / forklift** for loading, unloading, and goods placement. * Order preparation and supervision. * Supply of materials and products to production according to forecasts and requirements. * Assignment and monitoring of production forecasts. * Placement of goods based on **priority, turnover, and operational needs**. * Inventory review, stock control, and deviation detection. * Execution of **inventory adjustments**, when errors occur, with sound judgment and proper controls. * Coordination with production, dispatch, and administration/logistics teams. * Proposal of improvements to reduce errors, downtime, and disorder in the warehouse. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum **2 years** of experience in a similar warehouse role. * Experience operating a **pallet jack / forklift**. * Experience in **PDA-based picking**. * An **organized**, consistent, and operationally disciplined individual. * Proficiency in **Excel** and strong familiarity with IT tools. * Accustomed to conducting inventory checks, reconciling stock levels, and handling incidents. * Ability to perform **stock adjustments** when errors occur, identifying root causes and maintaining full traceability. * Capacity to organize tasks and set priorities. * A profile deeply engaged with the company and focused on results. * Availability to respond during **peak workloads**, campaigns, or other temporary operational needs. **Benefits** -------------- **What we offer** * Employment with a stable, indefinite 40-hour weekly contract. * A position with responsibility and autonomy. * A dynamic environment with direct interaction among warehouse, production, and dispatch teams. **Preferred qualifications** * Familiarity with the company’s proprietary software system * Experience supplying production or manufacturing lines. * Experience in stock control and incident management. * Ability to improve warehouse organization. * Experience working in companies with seasonal campaigns, peak workloads, or large SKU portfolios. * Experience coordinating tasks or distributing workload within the warehouse.
