Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution center, oversee the flow of goods, and optimize inventory and internal logistics processes. We seek a proactive, organized, and operationally experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution center. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire flow of goods, coordinating personnel, and optimizing inventory and internal logistics processes. Due to the digitalization of our systems and our expansion, we require a candidate with advanced proficiency in computer tools and the ability to communicate effectively in international environments. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods. * Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and discrepancies. * Lead, motivate, and schedule shifts for staff under supervision (warehouse operatives and forklift drivers). * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and housekeeping regulations on-site. * Manage relationships with transportation providers and resolve logistics incidents. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the warehouse to propose continuous improvements. Minimum Requirements * Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar warehouse management role. * **Advanced computer skills:** Expert-level proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software (SAP, Navision or similar), and advanced office tools (Excel). * Leadership ability, decision-making capability, and conflict resolution skills. * Residence within the job location area or personal vehicle for commuting. Desirable Requirements * **Languages:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2), advantageous for communication with foreign suppliers and use of global corporate software. * Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
