




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to organize, maintain, and prepare mountain and outdoor equipment for nature-based programs, ensuring its operational readiness and functionality. Flexible working hours with autonomy to organize one's workday We are looking for a person to manage the warehouse and equipment for TrailHaven in Sant Boi de Llobregat. This is a hands-on, on-site position focused on ensuring proper organization, maintenance, and preparation of equipment required for our nature-based programs. We seek someone capable of understanding the equipment, learning how it is used, identifying maintenance needs, and keeping the warehouse operational, functional, and in good condition. TrailHaven designs and delivers outdoor programs, primarily in the Pyrenees and other European natural environments, working with mountain guides and facilitators. A significant portion of the logistics for these programs is prepared from the Sant Boi warehouse; therefore, this role is critical to ensuring that equipment remains in good condition, well-organized, and available on time. This is a part-time position, compatible with another online professional activity, designed for an autonomous, practical, and detail-oriented individual. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing, inspecting, and maintaining warehouse equipment, as well as preparing necessary equipment for programs, outings, and expeditions. Responsibilities will include cleaning equipment, identifying defects, performing minor repairs when possible, and managing or tracking external repairs when required. The candidate will also conduct inventories, monitor stock levels, assist with restocking and general warehouse organization, and ensure the space remains functional, clean, and well-structured. They will handle receiving, placing, and moving equipment within the warehouse, prepare equipment for outings, and manage equipment returns before and after each program. Additionally, they will coordinate with the team to support program logistics and, on special occasions, drive the van. * Minimum 2 years of experience. Experience in warehouse organization—especially in environments where equipment requires inspection, maintenance, and technical judgment regarding its use and conservation—will be valued. This is not primarily a high-volume commercial warehouse with rapid stock turnover, but rather a space housing technical mountain and outdoor equipment requiring careful organization, maintenance, and preparation for programs and expeditions. * English (Intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Conversational English proficiency is mandatory. Basic user-level computer skills. Interest in mountains, nature, and outdoor activities will be viewed positively. * Availability for travel * Driving license: B\+E * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (20 hours \- monthly workload) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1300' to '1400' * Additional relevant information: Flexible working hours, with autonomy to organize one's workday according to personal and job-related needs. In general, work can be scheduled during morning or afternoon shifts, or concentrated on specific weekdays, provided all tasks are completed. Flexibility will be important to address occasional equipment preparation requirements, including occasional weekend interventions.
