Physical organization of goods is also performed to guarantee optimal and accessible storage locations, as well as handling and preparation of products for subsequent distribution or storage. For those joining as forklift operators, a key responsibility is operating forklift trucks, including loading and unloading transport vehicles and moving pallets between different warehouse zones. All equipment operation strictly follows safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage to goods. The work pace is steady, requiring attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency. The working environment is collaborative and well-organized, where teamwork is essential to achieving daily objectives. Job-specific initial training is provided to facilitate integration. The contract is temporary, and working hours may be part-time or full-time, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts to meet the center’s operational needs. Prior experience in the logistics sector is required. For forklift operator roles, a valid forklift operator license is mandatory; online-only training is not accepted.
