Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Systems Engineer to manage and evolve technological products in the defense sector, coordinating product evolution projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for a **Telecommunications Systems Engineer** in **León**, to join advanced projects related to communication systems and IP voice solutions, actively contributing to product management and technical coordination of strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for the **operational coordination of product evolution projects**, collaborating with various internal departments to ensure proper technical and financial execution of initiatives. **What will you do?** Coordination and monitoring of internal product evolution and improvement projects. Liaison with various internal departments (technology, operations, finance, etc.). Analysis of communication system requirements and specifications. Participation in defining system architectures and solutions. Financial monitoring and reporting of departmental activities. Support in budgetary control (CAPEX / OPEX) of initiatives. Participation in integration of communication systems and solutions. Management of requirement traceability and validation through testing. Participation in project technical reviews (SDR, PDR, CDR). Technical coordination with multidisciplinary teams. ‍ **What are we looking for?** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in systems engineering or technological product management. Experience with VoIP communication systems. Knowledge of Voice over IP protocols (SIP, RTP, G.711). Experience in requirement management, traceability, and system testing. Experience with requirement or project management tools (DOORS, Jira, Project, or similar). Ability to coordinate technically and communicate effectively across multiple departments. * **Desirable** Experience with communication systems in the defense or security sector. Knowledge of IP communication architectures, multicast, and network management. Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC) and unified communications environments. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and technical standards (PECAL 2110–2210, ISO, etc.). Experience integrating complex systems and third-party solutions.
