




Position Summary: We are seeking a User Support Technician to diagnose and resolve technical issues, register incidents, and collaborate with the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical problem diagnosis and resolution (hardware, software, network). 2. Incident registration and tracking in the helpdesk system. 3. Team collaboration and preparation of technical manuals.
