Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and proactive person to perform tasks including raw material feeding, splicing of bobbins, threading, replenishment and cleaning, and winding operations with quality control. Full-time position (40 hours per week) on a rotating shift schedule covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, with working hours between 06:00 and 06:00 the following day, plus statutory rest days. The position is located in Les Franqueses del Vallès. Main responsibilities include raw material feeding, splicing of bobbins, threading through heating and drying paths, replenishment and cleaning of impregnation tanks. Tasks in the winding area also include threading, loading and unloading of winders, quality control, weighing, labeling, and palletizing of finished products, as well as other duties inherent to the role. * Prior experience in the sector. * We seek a versatile and proactive person. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. * Operation of workshop tools such as grinders. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).
