Textbook Loan Program Managers for Schools

WE ARE SEEKING STAFF TO JOIN schools in the Community of Madrid (especially the northern area, Tres Cantos and Alcobendas) to manage a textbook lending program for their students. The work will take place in September. Each day the service is carried out at a school, it will last between 3 and 4 hours in the morning. Depending on demand, additional hours may be required. Responsibilities: \* Collect textbooks from students' families or directly from students at the school. \* Categorize and inventory available textbooks. \* Enter new loan data into the computer system. \* Distribute textbooks to students' families. Requirements: \* Proficiency and speed in using computer systems and performing the above tasks. \* Strong communication skills, professional appearance, approachability, and excellent interaction with students' parents/guardians. \* Commitment to learning and continuous improvement. \* Dedication to daily work responsibilities. \* Strong motivation to perform your job well.
