Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for customer maintenance with knowledge in IT, telecommunications, and proven experience to perform needs analysis and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Server, data network, and video surveillance maintenance **Employment Type:** Full-time **Requirements** -------------- * Demonstrable knowledge of IT and Telecommunications * Analytical ability, communication skills, and personal responsibility * Proven work experience * Basic knowledge in the following areas: + Office software (Microsoft Office) at user level + Windows Server (2008–2019\) and microcomputing + Copper and fiber optic data networks, structured cabling + TCP/IP + IP and analog video surveillance systems + VMware server virtualization and storage + Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking * Medium or higher vocational qualification in Electronics or IT * Class B driver's license **Responsibilities** --------------------- You will join the customer maintenance department, which includes the following duties: * Customer interaction and analysis of their requirements * Maintenance of servers (virtualized and physical), microcomputing, video surveillance systems, VoIP systems, IP PBXs, storage systems, etc. * Installation and maintenance of structured cabling data networks and related small-scale installations * Maintenance of our operational data network and networking infrastructure If you meet this profile and are interested in the position, please send your resume to cv@adqa.com
