Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Lead SailPoint IAM to lead the evolution of the Identity Governance solution, acting as both functional and technical reference. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Technical Lead SailPoint IAM** with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), to join an international strategic project. The selected candidate will serve as the functional and technical reference for the **SailPoint** platform, leading the evolution of the Identity Governance solution, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with controls and processes associated with access management. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Act as the functional and technical reference for the SailPoint platform, providing specialized support on role models, rules, connectors, and authorization workflows. * Provide second- and third-level support to resolve complex incidents related to integrations, access certifications, and identity governance. * Coordinate with various business areas and technology teams to incorporate new applications into the identity management model. * Serve as the liaison between business and technology, translating functional requirements into solutions aligned with defined standards. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence and support regarding implemented access controls. * Track continuous improvement initiatives and evolution projects within the IAM ecosystem. * Prepare status reports and dashboards on integrations and ongoing initiatives. * Collaborate in defining and evolving the SailPoint solution roadmap. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. * Functional knowledge of SailPoint or equivalent Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms. * Experience coordinating initiatives between business areas and technology teams. * Ability to analyze access control processes, certifications, and segregation of duties. * Experience participating in technology or business audits related to identity management. * Communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders. * Leadership, organizational, and priority management capabilities. * Advanced level of English. **Desirable** ------------- * Certifications related to SailPoint, IAM, or Cybersecurity. * Experience in international corporate environments. * Knowledge of regulatory compliance, audit, and risk management processes. * Experience in IAM platform transformation and consolidation projects. * Familiarity with complementary access management and security tools. **Work Modality** ------------------------ Hybrid model in Madrid, Las Tablas.
