We are proud to be a **leading tech delivery partner** for French ETIs, supporting their long-term success. **Job Description** ----------------------- **Hello Pomelo** is looking for a **Tech Lead** on V.I.E. to join its delivery team in Barcelona. ### **The Role** **Contract:** V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) — 12 months, renewable **Start date:** April 2026 **Location:** Barcelona, Spain **Compensation:** According to Business France scale | ~€2500/month ### **Your Responsibilities** As Tech Lead, you are the **guarantor of technical quality** for the projects under your responsibility. You serve as the **primary technical contact for client decision-makers**, playing a key role in project success — from initial scoping through to production support. This role covers the **entire project lifecycle**. You’ve already worked on production projects and possess foundational maturity in architecture, code quality, and client relations. **Education:** Engineering degree (graduated) and eligible for V.I.E (aged 18–28, French nationality or EU citizen) **Technical Skills** Mastery of any single technology is not our primary criterion — what matters most is the strength of your fundamentals and your ability to rapidly acquire new skills, especially leveraging AI.
