We are seeking personnel for building maintenance in La Pobla de Vallbona, with an indefinite-term contract and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The working hours will be from Tuesday to Saturday, on a rotating shift basis (morning, afternoon, and night), with rest periods as stipulated by law. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of internal and external facilities, as well as the manufacturing area (reactors). Additional tasks include gardening, plumbing, bulb replacement, painting, electrical work, and other duties inherent to the position. Prior experience in general building and industrial park maintenance is preferred. * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in a similar role. * We seek a proactive, dynamic, and versatile individual. * A personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the workplace. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. GM in Maintenance or equivalent.
