Our client, a multinational telecommunications company, is seeking: SYSTEMS ARCHITECT **Offer includes** * Full-time employment (summer hours are intensive) * Permanent contract * Competitive salary based on experience + 10% variable bonus * Social benefits (meal vouchers, health insurance, life insurance, and orphan insurance) * Office located in Arganda del Rey (currently remote work) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Technical Engineering degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications. * Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Software Engineering. * Knowledge of Systems Architecture: communication components, load balancers, proxies, storage systems, security systems, operating systems, application servers, web servers. * Experience in Cloud/DevOps environments (AWS/Azure) is highly desirable. * Between 3 and 5 years of experience performing similar or identical functions. * Advanced English proficiency (C1). **Key responsibilities and duties** 1\. Strategic vision for enterprise system landscapes in B2B service companies, preferably in telecommunications 2\. Definition and architectural-level validation of new applications or developments 3\. Analysis of potential solutions and emerging technologies contributing to the evolution, design, and implementation of new solutions and/or applications enabling optimization of the existing architecture. 4\. Support in selection and implementation of market-available tools 5\. Experience integrating with ERPs, CRMs, and ticketing support tools 6\. Experience coordinating development efforts and managing vendors 7\. Definition of migration and transformation plans. Liaison with various project stakeholders to ensure consistency and evolution of the Group’s Systems Plan aligned with defined strategy. 8\. Support for integration of applications with architectural components, as well as installation, deployment, and configuration of new tools and applications 9\. Support for the security team in defining applicable security standards 10\. Development of proof-of-concept implementations 11\. Requirements gathering, functional analysis, technical design, and preparation of RFPs 12\. Participation in defining and developing technical monitors during monitoring phase, project launch (kick-off) during operations phase, and evolutionary enhancements 13\.
