Inspection, supervision, and monitoring of the conservation and maintenance status of managed buildings. Assistance and coordination with suppliers (electricians, carpenters, painters, plumbers, etc.) for budgeting and/or repairs in managed buildings, including follow-up. Distribution of correspondence, documents, and circulars in managed buildings. Requirements: Motorcycle ownership and residence in Santa Cruz de Tenerife are mandatory. Education: High school diploma and/or Medium/Senior Vocational Training. Responsible individual capable of working in a team, sufficiently autonomous, service-oriented, organized, and methodical. Basic user-level computer skills. Professional and telephone communication skills. Basic knowledge of building maintenance (masonry, plumbing, electricity, painting, etc.) will be valued.
