**Join our Quality Team!**
We are looking for a Software Project Quality Engineer for complex systems projects within the Quality area.
**What will you do?**
* Ensure software quality for complex systems, covering both product and process; supplier/subcontractor management.
* Management of software problems / non-conformities.
* Document review.
* Conducting product and process audits.
* Monitoring and supervision of testing and trials.
* Product qualification.
* Quality management during industrialization and manufacturing.
**What are we looking for in you?**
✅ **Required Experience:**
* Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.
* Over 4 years of professional experience in quality assurance for complex systems.
* Aeronautical Organization Quality (PECAL / ISO).
* Experience with ECSS family standards and CMMI.
* Advanced English proficiency.

**What does our selection process look like?**
* Profile Review: We assess your experience and skills to determine if you align with our requirements.
* Initial Contact (5–10 min): If you receive a call from an unknown number, it’s our team! A brief conversation to get to know you and address any questions.
* Technical Interview: You’ll meet the team, who will explain the project and daily responsibilities. We’ll also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, short psychological and English competency assessments may be conducted (if required).
* Offer and Onboarding: If everything goes well, you’ll join our team and begin this new chapter together!
