Overview: **Join a strategic Defense project as a Software and Systems Solution Architect!** At **Expleo**, we are seeking a **Software and Systems Solution Architect** with experience in complex environments, critical systems architecture, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies. **Work Mode:** Hybrid (60% remote work). **Location:** On-site presence will be split between the Retamares military base (Pozuelo de Alarcón) and Alcobendas### **What You Will Do?** ✅ Define architectures for complex systems and software solutions, ensuring traceability across capabilities, requirements, architecture, design, and verification. ✅ Maintain and evolve reference architectures aligned with **NAF v4** and **UAF**, developing operational, systems, services, logical, and physical views. ✅ Implement and promote **MBSE** practices, ensuring model consistency, versioning, and baseline management. ✅ Act as the technical architecture reference point, validating software and systems design decisions and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. ✅ Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, development teams, and cybersecurity teams. ✅ Participate in key system lifecycle milestones and provide technical support for proposals and bids.### **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. English proficiency at B2–C1 level. Minimum 5 years of experience in systems and software architecture.
