This position targets professionals at early or mid-career stages who apply technical knowledge in real-world environments, analyze incidents, and propose solutions under supervision and coordination from more senior profiles. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair tasks for equipment at customer sites and/or in the workshop * Diagnose faults and resolve mechanical and electrical technical issues * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks * Support assembly and disassembly of equipment and systems * Collaborate in supervising installations performed by external suppliers * Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and parts lists * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards * Document interventions performed and report incidents * Collaborate with commercial and technical teams during customer visits when required **Requirements** * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity, or related fields * Initial experience or up to 2\-3 years in industrial or maintenance environments * Mechanical and electrical knowledge (hydraulics is a plus) * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation * Basic computer skills (MS Office) * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel **Competencies** * Attention to detail and quality orientation * Analytical ability and technical problem-solving skills * Structured and methodical working approach * Autonomy, accountability, and results orientation * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Commitment to workplace safety **What we offer you** ===================== * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary and participation in a variable compensation system based on personal and corporate objectives. * Meal vouchers. * Access to a voluntary flexible benefits plan enabling optimization of the total remuneration package (e.g., health insurance, transportation, childcare). * Join an experienced and international team. * Positive work environment. * Professional development opportunities within a solid international company with strong global presence. * Be part of a dynamic organization undergoing continuous transformation and improvement. * Office location: SEVILLA Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
