Would you like to join us? **What will your role be?** Lead the definition, implementation, and evolution of technical data governance on Databricks Unity Catalog within the corporate Data Hub, ensuring a secure access model, end-to-end traceability, metadata management, protection of sensitive data, and alignment with the federated governance model. You will be responsible for establishing Unity Catalog as the single control plane for data, models, features, and analytical assets, working closely with the Data Office, Architecture, Data Engineers, MLOps, and domain teams. **Key Responsibilities:** Technical Governance and Security Design and implement security models based on: RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) Dynamic Row Filters Column Masking Define catalog, schema, and object structures by domain. Manage permissions on tables, views, models, and features. Implement policies for protecting sensitive data. Define segregation controls across environments (Sandbox, Development, Integration, and Production). Metadata & Lineage Implement and administer capabilities for: Data Lineage Auditing Technical Traceability Asset Classification Ensure proper synchronization with Informatica IDMC. Monitor the quality and consistency of published metadata. Integration with Data Governance Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and the Data Office. Participate in defining Data Contracts. Implement governed access workflows. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards. Support for Federated Architecture Define governance patterns for business domains. Ensure domain autonomy while maintaining global coherence. Participate in defining the Data Marketplace. Facilitate onboarding of new domains to the Data Hub. AI and MLOps Governance Extend governance to: ML Models Features Feature Store MLflow Model Registry Ensure traceability between: Data Feature Model Analytical Result Compliance and Auditing Design auditing mechanisms for: Accesses Consumption Changes Model usage Support regulatory requirements and internal audits. Implement governance monitoring and reporting mechanisms. **Your Profile** Mandatory Requirements: More than 5 years of experience with cloud data platforms. More than 3 years working with Databricks. Proven experience implementing Unity Catalog. Experience with enterprise data governance models. Advanced knowledge of security and identity management.
