Currently, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong technical background and a cross-functional perspective, capable of actively participating in the design and implementation of modern digital solutions. The focus will be on web and mobile application development, covering both frontend and backend, with sensitivity to user experience, cloud-based solutions, and openness to emerging technologies. Your main responsibilities will be: \- Collaborate in designing and validating scalable and maintainable software architectures. \- Participate in functional and technical analysis processes alongside stakeholders and development teams. \- Coordinate the lifecycle of technology projects: planning, tracking, delivery, and continuous improvement. \- Participate in developing key functionalities both on the frontend and backend, within collaborative environments. \- Analyze functional and technical requirements together with design, business, and development profiles. \- Contribute to the technical planning of projects and the definition of development best practices. \- Explore and propose new tools, languages, or technological approaches to improve the tech stack or processes. \- Apply quality, performance, and usability criteria in solution development. * Experience: 3 years. You will thrive in this position if you bring 3\-5 years of software development experience. \- At least 2\-3 years of experience in VR/\*AR, real-time 3D, or immersive environments. \- Experience participating in technical decisions and solution design. \- Experience building digital twins, interactive simulations, or data-connected 3D visualization. \- AR and mobile environment experience is highly valued: ARKit (Swift) and ARCore (Kotlin / Jetpack Compose). \- Experience generating synthetic data or simulating scenarios is desirable. * Computer Science * Telecommunications * Computer Engineering * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Catalan (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: What do we expect from you? We seek a senior or mid-senior profile with a solid technical background in XR/\*VR and real-time 3D development, oriented toward creating immersive experiences and digital twin solutions. Degree in Computer Engineering, Video Game Development, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. Primary tech stack (required): \- Real-time VR/3D development using Unity and/or Godot. \- Proficiency in C\# / .NET. \- Ability to develop immersive experiences with emphasis on performance, usability, and integration with external systems. \- Regular use of Git, GitHub, and collaboration/documentation tools such as Notion. Preferred qualifications: \- Knowledge of architecture modeling for interactive applications connected to real-time data. \- Web frontend: Angular 16\+ and/or React 18, TypeScript. \- Backend: Python 3\.11\+, FastAPI. \- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore. \- Cloud and infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Firebase), Docker, Docker Compose. \- Communication protocols: MQTT and/or Kafka. Cross-cutting requirements: \- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and IAM using current standards (OAuth2, OpenID, Keycloak). \- Ability to participate in technical architecture decisions.
