The selected candidate will be responsible for directing high-CAPEX projects — exceeding €200 million — or coordinating multiple simultaneous projects each exceeding €50 million, ensuring technical excellence, contractual compliance, and alignment with global EPCM.I standards. This is a strategic role focused on leadership, team structuring, and consolidation of EPCM capabilities in Spain. **YOUR TASKS** -------------- **Responsibilities** * Lead highly complex industrial projects (CAPEX \> €200M) or simultaneously manage multiple projects each exceeding €50M. * Define organizational structures, processes, and internal standards aligned with EPC/EPCM models and EPCM.I guidelines. * Lead and develop teams of more than 10 people, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance monitoring. * Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders: client, engineering, construction, supply chain, and strategic stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with international standards, project governance, procurement processes, and industrial execution methodologies. * Work in international environments, aligning procedures and methodologies with global teams. * Serve as the primary interface with senior-level clients, leading negotiations, technical workshops, and steering committees. * Drive organizational development, contributing to the creation or consolidation of business units and project cells. * Promote technical excellence and adoption of BIM methodologies, ISO best practices, and EPC/EPCM/FIDIC/NEC contractual frameworks. **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- **1\. Academic Qualifications** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related fields. * Advanced master’s degrees or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, IPMA, Lean, etc.) are highly valued. **2\. Professional Experience** * Minimum 15 years’ experience managing highly complex industrial projects, preferably under EPC/EPCM frameworks. * Proven experience of at least 5 years leading teams of more than 10 people and establishing processes, standards, and organizational structures. * Ability to independently manage projects exceeding €200M or supervise multiple projects \> €50M. * Solid experience in planning, supervision, and coordination with clients, engineering, construction, and suppliers consistent with PM/GIC responsibilities. **3\. International Experience and Organizational Development** * Professional track record in international industrial sector projects. * Ability to establish, scale, and coordinate global multidisciplinary teams, integrating procedures and harmonizing EPCM.I methodologies. * Experience in creating, leading, and consolidating business units, project cells, or regional teams. **4\. Language Skills** * Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. * German is highly valued. **5\. Technical Knowledge** * In-depth knowledge of international construction standards, ISO norms, project management best practices, and EPC/EPCM/FIDIC/NEC contracts. * Thorough understanding of organizational structures, project governance, strategic procurement, and industrial execution processes for large CAPEX projects. * Experience applying BIM methodologies to industrial projects is an advantage. **6\. Professional and Personal Competencies** * Demonstrated ability to create, structure, and develop project teams, including recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation. * Strategic leadership oriented toward standardization and technical excellence, aligned with the integration of EPCM.I methodologies in Spain. * Executive-level communication and negotiation skills, with strong capability in managing critical stakeholders. * Autonomous, solution-oriented profile with global vision, critical thinking, and absolute goal orientation. **7\.
