We are seeking an SAP Data Migration Lead with extensive experience leading data migration strategies, architectures, and executions in SAP environments. This role combines technical leadership, team coordination, and quality assurance to ensure successful, secure, and client-standard-aligned migrations. You will participate in complex SAP transformation projects, defining approaches, governance, tools, and end-to-end best practices. Responsibilities Lead the complete SAP data migration strategy in transformation projects (ECC → S/4HANA or Greenfield/Brownfield). * Define the migration approach, cutover plan, quality criteria, validations, and data traceability. * Design and implement solutions using SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP MDG, SAP Data Services and/or Syniti. * Coordinate functional, technical, and business teams to ensure correct data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and loading. * Establish a robust data governance framework, including rules, validations, and controls. * Manage risks, dependencies, and resolution of critical issues related to master and transactional data. * Define reusable templates, accelerators, and best practices for future projects. * Ensure compliance with quality, performance, security, and audit requirements. Requirements * +5 years of experience in SAP data migration projects. * Proven experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP MDG, SAP Data Services and/or Syniti. * Experience leading technical and functional teams in end-to-end migration processes. * In-depth knowledge of SAP data models: master data (BP, materials, vendors, customers) and transactional data. * Experience in migration strategies, validations, data cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation. * Ability to manage load plans, mock test cycles, and cutover execution. * Experience collaborating with PMO and business teams. * Professional English (C1) to interact with international teams and review technical documentation.
