In addition, we have a large team of experts and professionals who have an in\-depth knowledge of our customers' needs. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** In this position, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing routes for the Home Care Channel and managing appointments for both clinic-based and remote delegation services, ensuring operational efficiency with a strategic time horizon. The key responsibilities are: **Multichannel Planning and Optimization:** \- Plan, coordinate and monitor technician, clinical and specialist routes across all service channels (Home Care, Clinic, Remote), optimizing routes and directing services to the most suitable channel and route * Continuously improve route performance across all channels by establishing action plans to achieve this objective * Adapt routing strategies according to the specific characteristics and requirements of each channel (urgency, complexity, cost, customer satisfaction, etc.) **Data and Systems Management:** * Maintain clean and up-to-date databases in route optimization software tools, and establish action plans with the delegation to ensure data integrity * Integrate and manage data from multiple sources (CRM, management systems, etc.) to obtain a comprehensive view of operations. **Support and Collaboration:** * Support the ROL role in managing field personnel, driving continuous improvement and achieving performance targets, with a focus on efficiency across all channels * Provide field staff with support on using route planning tools (e.g., Routyn App, Tuotempo), train new employees, and resolve incidents * Participate in defining new procedures for team management and implementing multichannel strategies **Are you a MATCH?** \- We seek a candidate with technical expertise in ERP/CRM systems and a strategic vision of logistics. \- We value the ability to propose continuous improvements, train teams on new logistics tools, and ensure data integrity—guaranteeing that every route achieves maximum operational efficiency. \- Highly desirable: Vocational Training qualifications (FP or equivalent) **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
