The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process and maintaining product quality. Responsibilities: Production organization, planning, and management within the section. Management and coordination of a team of workers in the electrical harness assembly section. Maintenance and adjustment of machinery to ensure proper operation. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Identification and resolution of technical issues. Training and supervision of the team in daily operations. Support and assistance to service workers. Coordination with the professional team within the section. Collaboration with other departments to improve production process efficiency. Requirements: Dynamic, responsible individual with capacity to manage a team. Experience in industrial environments. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment. Leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Interest and experience in industrial production tasks and manual dexterity. Experience using metrology tools, interpreting technical drawings, and possessing mechanical and IT technical knowledge for machine programming is desirable.
