The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the operational and strategic management of our retail outlets, ensuring an excellent customer experience and achievement of commercial objectives. You will coordinate teams, optimize store operations, and develop visual merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience and business performance. **What Will Be Your Mission?** Ensure the smooth operation of the retail outlet by leading the team and optimizing processes, inventory, and visual merchandising to maximize results and deliver a distinctive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** Store and Operations Management: * End-to-end inventory and assortment management, inventory control, and replenishment. * Supervision of standards for store organization, cleanliness, and maintenance. * Coordination with suppliers and headquarters for negotiations and operational reporting. Analysis and Performance: * Monitoring and analysis of key KPIs: average transaction value, conversion rate, and units per transaction. * Preparation of tracking reports and qualitative feedback for Operations Management. Visual Merchandising and Customer Experience: * Implementation of visual merchandising guidelines tailored to the retail outlet. * Design and setup of window displays based on foot traffic, campaigns, and seasonality. * Optimization of store layout to improve sensory experience and customer journey.
