




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to fill a temporary position, responsible for telephone and in-person customer service, mail management, and general office support. Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night We are looking for a receptionist for a temporary replacement position in Bilbao. Prior experience in customer service and telephone switchboard operation is preferred. A medium level of computer proficiency and language skills are required. Duties include answering calls, receiving visitors, managing mail and courier services, preparing meeting rooms, and opening/closing the premises. The receptionist will also provide information to members of the public upon request. Full-time schedule with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), including corresponding breaks. The contract is temporary, covering a replacement position.
