We deeply understand each project’s challenge and, leveraging all the talent we have in-house, ensure successful delivery. **The Challenge:** Individuals with experience in ad\-hoc quantitative research who possess a strong vocation and eagerness to develop their potential in an environment open to creativity and innovation—both in techniques and approaches. **Responsibilities:** * You will design ad\-hoc research studies for major clients across diverse sectors. * You will lead end\-to\-end quantitative research projects. * You will participate in: client briefings and needs assessment, defining advanced and innovative methodologies, end-to-end project management, reporting and presentation of findings, and client relationship management. * You will work in English, engaging with stakeholders across multiple countries. * You will manage people within project contexts, supporting the growth of other team members. * You will immerse yourself in the world of digital transformation. * You will serve as a technical reference point within the team. **Requirements:** * \+2 years of experience with a proven track record of leading end\-to\-end quantitative research projects (from requirements gathering through analysis and final presentation) for major accounts or brands. * Demonstrated experience applying complex methodologies (e.g., MaxDiff clustering, Conjoint analysis, Structural Equation Modeling) and translating them into actionable business insights—not just data delivery. * Proficiency with SPSS, R or Python, and advanced Excel.
