Opportunity to transition to a permanent position We are looking for a candidate with experience in quality control to join a construction-sector team in Puertollano, Ciudad Real. The role is based in a company committed to equal treatment and opportunities between men and women, fostering a respectful, diverse, and inclusive workplace free from discrimination. For this position, a higher vocational qualification in industrial chemistry or a related field is required, along with at least one year of experience in quality control tasks and blueprint interpretation. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is mandatory, as is having a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday on rotating shifts to facilitate work-life balance. The salary is €11.22 gross per hour.
