Stable project in a mature technological environment Functional QA We are seeking a professional with over 5 years of experience in Functional QA or UAT testing support to join a stable project, closely collaborating with business and technical teams in dynamic environments. The selected candidate will actively participate in the functional validation of solutions, ensuring product quality prior to production release. Minimum Requirements Over 5 years of experience in Functional QA or UAT testing support. Experience in functional requirements analysis and test case design. Proficiency with test and defect management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, etc.). Experience working with business and development teams. Experience in KPI reporting and test status tracking. Experience validating products in omnichannel, retail, ERP, CRM, or e\-commerce environments. Basic SQL knowledge for data validation. Desirable Requirements Residence in Vic or nearby areas (for occasional on-site attendance). Education Higher Technical Degree in ICT or equivalent. ISTQB Foundation certification. Fluent Catalan (spoken and written). Main Responsibilities Analyze functional requirements and acceptance criteria together with business stakeholders. Design and document test cases based on real user processes. Prepare test data and scenarios in the UAT environment. Develop the UAT test plan (scope, priorities, responsibilities, and timeline). Accompany end users during test execution. Resolve functional queries and clarify business processes. Supervise test execution and ensure proper evidence collection. Coordinate regression testing when required. Prepare tracking reports (daily/weekly). Prepare the final UAT report and participate in the go/no-go decision for production.
