Quintas Advisory provides services throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to operations, using all our efforts and expertise to optimise asset status and deliver maximum long\-term performance. *Responsibilities* * Assess solutions from a technical–commercial perspective, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices. * Manage assigned projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and costs are controlled and strategic objectives are met. * Evaluate potential risks, liabilities and compliance issues in target projects for our clients. * Review PV project designs produced by third parties and provide technical recommendations and suggestions for improvement. * Prepare energy yield assessments using tools such as AutoCAD, QGIS and PVSyst. * Execute activities related to performance analysis, technical due diligence, and advisory projects, applying interdisciplinary thinking and robust methodology. * Share knowledge and lessons learned across the portfolio, promoting continuous improvement in all aspects of our work. * Manage communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. **Qualifications \& Technical Experience** * Degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. * At least 2 years of professional experience in the PV solar sector, ideally in large\-scale projects. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written; Italian will be considered a strong plus. **Soft Skills** * Excellent communication skills over email and telephone. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and in a client\-facing role. * Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment. * Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. * High attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently. * Problem\-solving mindset, with the ability to take responsibility and add value from the outset. * Ethical behaviour and professional integrity.
