Good working environment **Responsibilities:** Provide administrative support for all procurement department activities, stock monitoring and tracking, management and review of delivery notes, price updates and control, supplier communication and coordination, order assistance and documentation control, ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. **Requirements:** Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a procurement department or industrial environment; basic knowledge of stock control and document management; proficiency in office software; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **What We Offer:** Full-time schedule of **08:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00**, opportunity to join an established company, job stability, and a good working environment.
