**Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire **Assembly/Quality/Warehouse Operators** for its Sesma facilities to join the Production Department team and primarily perform the following functions: * Assemble various equipment or components thereof, in accordance with Engineering instructions. * Cable assembly. * Packaging. * Verification of products and materials. **Requirements**: * Education: Secondary education (EGB/ESO); a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Electricity, Electronics, Maintenance, Mechanics, Logistics, or related fields is desirable. * Experience: At least one year of experience in industrial environments within the metal sector, mass production assembly lines, or warehouse and picking operations is desirable. * Computer skills: Basic user-level proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office is desirable. * Competencies: Teamwork, versatility, responsibility, quality- and order-oriented mindset, safety awareness, and initiative. **Preferred qualifications**: * Knowledge of forklift and overhead crane operation. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
