Bread and bakery products production At a food processing plant in Illescas, the role involves participating in bread and bakery products production, ensuring line flow and adherence to quality and hygiene standards. Daily tasks include monitoring and feeding production lines, handling dough during mixing, fermentation, baking, and cooling, then inspecting the final product's texture, size, and bake quality, and finally packaging and labeling it. Basic machinery cleaning and replenishment of raw materials such as flour and yeast are also performed. Shift availability is required for rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including Saturdays. Prior production experience and adherence to food safety protocols are valued. A monthly contract is offered, with potential for long-term stability, salary according to the sector's collective agreement, and opportunities to develop skills in an industrial environment. Previous experience in production roles or similar positions within industrial environments is required. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and on Saturdays is mandatory. Immediate availability to start the position is required. Candidates residing near Illescas or having their own vehicle for commuting will be preferred.
