PRODUCTION OPERATOR (SANDER/CUTTER)

ENTRENATODO, a leading company in the finishing of rubber sports flooring, is seeking to hire production operators for its facilities in Alicante. **What are we looking for?** * Previous experience of at least 1 year as a sander or cutter (desirable) * Operation and knowledge of industrial machinery. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Responsible, committed individual with a positive attitude (*\#GoodPeopleGreatPeople*). * Valid forklift operator license required **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Perform sanding and finishing tasks on rubber parts. * Operate die-cutting machinery to cut parts according to specifications. * Inspect and ensure final product quality (finishes, dimensions, defects). * Monitor and ensure proper functioning of assigned machinery. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **What do we offer?** * Fixed-term discontinuous full-time contract. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. * Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night * Salary according to collective agreement (starting from €19,000 gross per year) * Time off: Enjoy 30 calendar days of vacation * Positive working environment. * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, childcare, meals, transportation, and training. **Additional compensation** * Night-shift premium. * Overtime pay (if applicable).
