At **Energy**, a company specializing in electrical and HVAC installations, we are looking to hire a **Procurement Manager** to lead and optimize the procurement department, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Full management of the procurement department. * Negotiation with suppliers and identification of new strategic partnerships. * Cost control, budgeting, and variance analysis. * Planning and tracking of purchase orders according to project and site requirements. * Coordination with technical and administrative departments. * Ongoing supplier evaluation (price, quality, and delivery timelines). **Requirements** * Minimum of **3–5 years** of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical and/or HVAC sector. * Technical knowledge of electrical materials and/or HVAC systems. * Strong negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in computer tools.
