As part of our positioning as a leading technology company, we aim to strengthen our team with a Linux Infrastructure and Hybrid Environments Specialist, experienced in implementing and operating hybrid and on-premises infrastructures, to join a strategic project in León. What will you do? Participate in the deployment and operation of hybrid infrastructures. Linux system administration and management of VMware virtualized environments. Participate in the operation of OpenShift and Kubernetes container platforms. Provide infrastructure support for AWS \+ operate in ZAR data center. Collaborate in hardware management, including servers, storage, and physical networking. Resolve network and system incidents with a continuous improvement orientation. Ensure performance, resilience, and scalability of the technology infrastructure. What are we looking for in you? Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements. Go ahead — learn about our offer and tell us what you can bring to the team! ✅ Vocational training (FP) with at least 3 years of experience implementing and operating hybrid and on-premises infrastructures, focused on Linux, hardware, networks, and virtualization and container platforms. ✅ Knowledge of Linux, hands-on experience with hardware and networks, familiarity with platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, and ability to work in hybrid environments. ✅ System-level troubleshooting experience \+ Bash and Python scripting skills. ✅ Experience with physical servers and Dell, HPE, or other storage systems in bare-metal environments. ✅ VMware experience with vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter, plus understanding of clusters and high availability. **✅ Networking fundamentals:** TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, VPN, segmentation, firewalls, and infrastructure security. ✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in León.
