We equip our team with the tools and support they need to succeed, fostering both professional and personal growth. **About the Role (Hybrid position – Marbella, Spain):** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Payment Manager** to lead the implementation, optimization, and strategic management of payment gateway and processor integrations. This role will own end\-to\-end integration initiatives, working cross\-functionally with other departments to deliver scalable, high\-performance payment solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. **What you'll do:*** Lead end\-to\-end integration of new payment processors, acquirers, APMs, and fraud tools. * Own and optimize existing payment integrations to improve authorization rates, latency, cost efficiency, and reliability. * Act as the primary business owner for payment integrations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and regulatory requirements. * Define technical and functional requirements in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams. * Manage integration roadmaps, project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications. * Design and implement approval workflows and payment routing strategies. * Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), certification processes, and production rollouts. * Proactively monitor transaction performance, KPIs (auth rates, decline codes, chargebacks, latency), and implement data\-driven improvements. * Troubleshoot complex integration and processing issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. * Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, technical guides, and best practices. * Manage relationships with payment providers, gateways, and external vendors. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., PCI\-DSS, PSD2, SCA). * Identify and evaluate new payment technologies, alternative payment methods, and geographic expansion opportunities. **What you'll bring:*** 4\+ years of experience in payments, fintech, integrations, or payment operations. * Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems (gateways, acquirers, processors, card schemes, alternative payment methods). * Hands\-on experience with payment APIs, webhooks, REST integrations, and technical troubleshooting. * Solid understanding of payment KPIs, fraud/risk controls, and optimization strategies. * Experience managing complex cross\-functional projects and multiple stakeholders. * Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., PCI\-DSS, PSD2, SCA). * Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret transaction data and performance metrics. * Excellent communication skills with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives to completion. **Apply now and let’s make an impact together!** \#LI\-Hybrid
