Job Summary: We are seeking an order picker for an e-commerce warehouse, responsible for material handling, order preparation, packaging, and inventory control, requiring strong organizational skills and efficiency. No specific prior qualification required We are looking for personnel to work as order pickers in an e-commerce warehouse located in Ontígola. The main responsibilities include managing, preparing, and shipping products to customers, ensuring all items arrive in good condition and on time. This is a role where organization and efficiency are essential for daily operations. Daily tasks include material handling, picking items according to orders, verifying accuracy, and labeling and packaging for shipment. Inventory control is also performed, updating item locations in the system to keep inventory records current and facilitate product retrieval. The work pace is dynamic and adapts to sector requirements; therefore, flexibility is required. Attention to detail and self-organization capability are key to performing the job well and contributing to accurate order delivery to customers. No specific prior qualification is required. Prior experience in dynamic work environments—even outside logistics—will be valued. Physical agility for performing manual tasks, strong organizational ability, and a sense of responsibility are necessary. Commitment to team objectives and availability to work rotating shifts—including morning, afternoon, and possible night shifts—as well as weekends according to operational planning, is required.
