We are an organization that, since 2001, has been committedly and innovatively delivering care, services, and social and emotional support to those we serve. The Assís Shelter Center Association is seeking a Residential Intervention Assistant for night shifts to cover holidays and/or sick leave of professionals at CRI La Violeta. The position will be based at a residential inclusion center specifically serving women survivors of various forms of violence who are experiencing homelessness. The center is located in Barcelona and provides accommodation for 26 women facing severe residential exclusion, along with comprehensive and personalized support from a gender perspective. **Tasks and Responsibilities:** INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT * Promote a daily supportive and welcoming environment at the shelter for the women residing there * Participate in managing the center’s collective basic services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, laundry, assistance with residents’ arrivals and departures, etc.) as well as in daily service management in coordination with other professionals * Distribute the center’s guaranteed hygiene products and facilitate bed linen and towel changes on Saturdays (as well as subsequent registration in the application) * Support social integration specialists and other reference professionals in helping residents acquire personal and social autonomy skills, always from a rights-based perspective and recognizing and validating the capacities of the women accompanied * Provide support during potential crisis moments and situations COLLECTIVE SUPPORT * Support group activities aligned with the center’s objectives, in coordination with other professionals and volunteers * Participate in and ensure adherence to the activity and task planning associated with each shift, collaborating with other professionals and volunteers who may require assistance. LOGISTICS AND MAINTENANCE * Carry out assigned logistics and stock management tasks (food, cleaning, hygiene) * Ensure preparation of women’s rooms prior to their arrival * Monitor room conditions upon departure to coordinate necessary maintenance * Maintain and clean common area furnishings (sofa covers, cushions, curtains, etc.) MANAGEMENT * Record daily activities and interventions with the women * Internal coordination * Coordination with Assís’s logistics and maintenance teams * Monthly indicator reporting * Participation in coordination meetings * Participation in case supervision * Participation in representation forums **We Offer:** * Full-time position (38 weekly hours). Schedule and working hours may vary depending on the professional being replaced. * Night shift schedule. Approx.: (7 PM to 6 AM or 11 PM to 7 AM), Monday through Sunday, alternating short and long weeks \+ biweekly team meetings. 50% holiday work. * Salary: €20,637 gross annual (14 payments) \+ night and weekend allowances.
