Daily Financial ClosingVerify, reconcile, and record all daily revenue from accommodation, food, beverages, and other services. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Perform the closing of the hotel property management system (PMS), ensuring data accuracy. 2\. Customer Service and Nighttime ReceptionManage check \- in and check \- out procedures during the night shift. Address and resolve common issues. Provide warm, efficient, and personalized service, maintaining guest satisfaction at all times. 3\. Security SupervisionAct as first responder during emergencies or unusual situations. Coordinate with external services as necessary. 4\. Operational Coordination and Shift HandoverSupervise proper functioning of services and facilities throughout the night. Coordinate with various departments in case of contingencies or urgent requests. Record updates and instructions to ensure an effective handover to the morning shift team. 5\. Preparation for the Following DayOrganize records of scheduled arrivals and departures. Prepare documentation and operational reports for administrative teams. Ensure everything is ready for a smooth and uninterrupted start to the next workday. 6\. System and Rate ControlVerify correct operation of the hotel management software and other critical systems. Confirm that charged rates match current reservations and promotions.
