Responsibilities: · Assembly and disassembly of molds and tooling on machines. · Ensuring proper equipment operation and coil changes. · Verifying machine quality and speed at the start of each shift. · Conducting tests of new tooling together with the technical department. · Identifying malfunctions, generating incident reports, and coordinating repairs. · Proposing improvements to reduce mold changeover times. · Adjusting auxiliary machines (printers, labelers, etc.). · Diagnosing failures and providing innovative technical solutions. · Addressing production incidents to maintain productivity and quality. · Complying with occupational health, safety, and risk prevention regulations. Requirements: · Technical education: Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate or Advanced Level in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent (or currently pursuing). · Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or mold adjustment. · Experience in plastic injection mold changeovers is desirable. · Spanish language proficiency at minimum C1 level. · Knowledge of molding technology, materials, and quality procedures. · Additional training in mold and die manufacturing—or equivalent extensive experience—is highly valued. Salary: €27,000.00–€28,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
