Job Summary: We are seeking a Microcomputer Technician with expertise in IT management and experience in user support to provide technical assistance and solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. First-level technical support contact point for users. 2. Resolution of common software and connectivity technical issues. 3. Basic user guidance and training on hardware and software. In this search for new professionals, we aim to fill a vacancy for a **Microcomputer Technician**, working on behalf of one of our clients in **Miñano, Álava**. We are looking for you — someone with **IT management knowledge** (Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training) and experience in **user technical support** (end-user support, peripherals, Office365, microcomputing, etc.). Your responsibilities will include: * Acting as the **primary point of contact for users**, delivering first-level technical support (via communication channels such as telephone or email). * Providing solutions and **basic assistance to resolve common technical issues**, such as software problems, network connectivity issues, etc. * **Collaborating with other technical support teams** to effectively resolve issues. * Delivering **basic guidance and training to users** on hardware and software usage. Support will be provided at **work centers in San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa)**, in person. **Minimum Requirements:** * **At least 2 years of experience in user support roles** * **Knowledge of installation and maintenance of microcomputer equipment** (end-user workstations, applications, devices, etc.) * Practical knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, Ubuntu 22/24\...) * Knowledge of **Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook**. * Experience with ticketing and remote support tools * Basic Active Directory knowledge: password resets, adding or modifying group members, disabling devices, etc. * Intermediate technical English * **Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required** * Strong interpersonal skills essential — both to foster a positive team environment and to maintain courteous, empathetic interactions with users and other client personnel. * **Mandatory residency in the vicinity of Miñano (Álava)**, as this is an in-person position
