In this search for new professionals, we aim to fill a vacancy for a **Microcomputer Technician**, working on behalf of one of our clients in **Miñano, Álava**. We are looking for you—someone with **IT management knowledge** (Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training) and experience in **user technical support** (end-user devices, peripherals, Office 365, microcomputing, etc.). Your responsibilities will include: * Serving as the **primary contact point for users**, delivering first-level technical support (via communication channels such as phone or email). * Providing solutions and **basic assistance to resolve common technical issues**, such as software problems, network connectivity issues, etc. * **Collaborating with other technical support teams** to resolve issues effectively. * Delivering **basic orientation and training to users** on hardware and software usage. Services will be delivered at **San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa) work sites**, in person. **Minimum Requirements:** * **At least 2 years of experience in user support roles** * **Knowledge of installation and maintenance of microcomputer equipment** (end-user devices, applications, peripherals, etc.) * Practical knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, Ubuntu 22/24\...) * Knowledge of **Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook**. * Experience with ticketing and remote support tools * Basic Active Directory knowledge: resetting passwords, adding or modifying group members, disabling devices, etc. * Intermediate technical English * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required** * Strong interpersonal skills essential—to foster a positive team environment and maintain courteous, empathetic interactions with users and other client personnel. * **Mandatory residence in the vicinity of Miñano (Álava)**, as this is an on-site position
