Would you like to join our team? **\#ThePlaceToBe** We are seeking an **MEP Manager** for Madrid, Spain, for an office project. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage design, as a specialist, across electrical installations (HV and LV), mechanical systems: HVAC, Fire Protection, BMS, Plumbing, IT, Security, and Low Voltage systems in general for the project. * Serve as the primary liaison with installation specialists from stakeholder teams during the design phase: client, engineering firms, various consultants. * Collaborate with the Design Manager and/or Project Manager on managing and coordinating stakeholders during the project’s design phase. * Support the Construction Manager in managing and coordinating stakeholders during construction, specifically regarding all installations. * Assume responsibility for managing and coordinating stakeholders during construction (contractor[s] and Technical Supervision) within their area of expertise. * Support the Procurement Manager in tender management. * Support the Cost Manager in cost and change management related to their specialty. * Assume responsibility for monitoring and controlling activities within their specialty concerning contractual compliance, timelines, quality (via Technical Supervision), and safety (via the Health and Safety Coordinator). * Manage (in support of the Commissioning Manager) commissioning activities. Additionally, the candidate must participate in and support the implemented Management System through knowledge and application of: * Compliance with Quality and Environmental policies. * Application of the Environmental Best Practices Manual. * Compliance with SyS global policies and standards. **Job Requirements** To succeed in this role, the following are essential: * **Experience:** Minimum **10 years** of solid experience in this position. Experience in the office sector is preferred. Proficiency in Office 365 and Mproject software. * **Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Professional-level English. * **Technical Competencies:** In-depth knowledge and mastery of the role and its responsibilities, health and safety standards on site, and sustainability standards. * **Personal Skills:** Strong coordination and planning ability.
