Job Summary: We are seeking a Welder or Mechanical Assembler for the assembly, diagnosis, and repair of industrial machinery, ensuring precision and quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Welder or Mechanical Assembler** with experience in advanced industrial machinery assembly and mechanical system repair, capable of working autonomously and contributing to the efficiency and quality of our projects. ##### **Knowledge and Technologies:** * 2 years’ experience in TIG, MIG\-MAG, and electrode welding. * Advanced knowledge of tolerances and precision measuring tools. * Basic knowledge of industrial equipment such as lathes or milling machines. * Ability to collaborate effectively with other operators and supervisors. * Efficient time management and task prioritization within the work area. * Precision and attention to detail in executing assemblies and mechanical adjustments. * Ability to independently address and resolve technical issues. ##### **Your responsibilities will include:** * Assembly of machinery and metal structures according to technical drawings, ensuring precision and compliance with specifications. * Diagnosis and repair of critical defects in mechanical and structural systems, providing effective solutions autonomously. * Application of coatings and treatments on metal structures using TIG, MIG\-MAG, and/or electrode welding, guaranteeing material quality. * Welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and other materials as required by each project. * Identification and resolution of mechanical failures, ensuring continuity and safety of systems. * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings, applying the information accurately in assemblies and mechanical adjustments. * Selection and appropriate use of materials and components, complying with project standards. * Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), verifying correct machinery operation. ##### **Additional Information:** * **On-site work in Córdoba (Spain) or another center.** * Even if your profile is not 100% aligned, Deuser will provide specific training to equip candidates with any missing knowledge. * **Preferred qualification:** Intermediate or higher vocational training in welding or equivalent; or relevant work experience providing similar knowledge. * **Languages:** Spanish; Portuguese and Italian are highly desirable.
