If you are a professional with experience in managing maintenance departments in industrial environments and would like to become part of an attractive project within a family-owned company, this is your opportunity! **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** Reporting directly to the Plant Director, your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring execution of all maintenance activities: preventive, corrective, predictive, autonomous, conductive, improvement, and legal. * Planning machine shutdowns with Production to optimize time and costs. * Supervising that all maintenance documentation (records, visual boards, databases) is up to date. * Keeping all production equipment operational and safe 24 hours a day. * Ensuring proper functioning and maintenance of industrial facilities (cooling towers, transformers, doors, roofs, etc.). * Leading, coordinating, and organizing the maintenance team: assigning tasks according to capabilities and supervising correct execution. Developing technicians to achieve versatile and efficient teams. * Managing personnel incidents (vacations, absences, permissions). * Coordinating with Production, Engineering, Quality, PRL, HR, and Shipping. * Managing external maintenance and engineering suppliers. * Maintaining appropriate stock levels. Coordinating rotating inventories and inventory management. * Analyzing maintenance indicators (KPIs for efficiency, availability, breakdowns...).
