Continuous training to boost your talent **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **Technical Service Officer** for our establishment, the **Fuerte El Rompido Hotel located in El Rompido, Huelva.** You will be responsible for performing qualified maintenance of the workplace facilities under the supervision of the Technical Services Manager. Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of workplace facilities, following instructions from the Production Manager. * Maintain and service facilities and assets (electricity, plumbing, etc.). * Carry out tasks requiring no specialized training, following guidelines set by the Production Manager. * Keep workplace facilities in perfect condition. * Perform any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor related to your position. * Maintain and ensure respectful, orderly, and clean conduct across all areas of the facility. * Segregate waste into urban-acceptable categories. * Segregate hazardous waste according to current regulations. * Comply with the organization’s operational control regulations. * Perform any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor related to your position. **Requirements:** --------------- Vocational Training or Medium/Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity and Electronics and/or in Building and Civil Engineering: Technician in Electrical and Automatic Installations, Technician in Construction Finishes, or equivalent qualification. And/or 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the role of Technical Service Officer. 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the role of Technical Service Officer and/or Assistant Technical Service Officer. English: Level A2; other languages are valued. Proficiency in management and office software applications. Knowledge of construction works, panel assembly and fixing, telecommunications infrastructure installation and maintenance, and electrical installations in buildings. Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards, safety protocols, occupational hazards, and environmental protection. Experience in plumbing installations, including their implementation and maintenance.
