You will be responsible for performing qualified maintenance of the workplace facilities under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. Full-time contract covering a long-term leave. **Your day-to-day will begin sounding like this...** Support and supervision: Perform tasks requiring no specialized training, following the Maintenance Manager’s guidelines. Assist the Maintenance Technician when required. Execution and follow-up: Maintain workplace facilities in perfect condition. Carry out any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor related to your position. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Vocational Training or Medium-Level Vocational Qualification in Electricity and Electronics and/or Construction and Civil Engineering. Technician in Electrical and Automatic Installations, Technician in Construction Finishes, or similar qualifications. Professional Certification in the professional sectors of Construction and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, Energy and Water, Installation and Maintenance, or similar. Minimum 1 year of experience in this role within 4-star or higher hotels; general knowledge of maintenance across various areas of a hotel facility. English: Level A2 (desirable) Proficiency in management and office software applications. Driver’s license and personal vehicle desirable. Geographic mobility.
