We are seeking personnel for the Machine Assistant position in the Muro de Alcoy area. Responsibilities include monitoring paper manufacturing, identifying potential defects such as wrinkles or moisture issues, and ensuring correct grammage, steam levels, and machine speed. Additional duties include shift relief, basic production logging, roll changeovers and labeling, sample collection, and quality control. It is necessary to adjust machine parameters to maintain standards, as well as perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the production line. Availability to work the fifth shift is required, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night schedules. Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is valued but not mandatory; prior formal training is not required. We seek a candidate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and previous experience in industrial environments where technical parameters—such as steam, moisture, and grammage—are monitored. A basic or intermediate level of computer literacy is required for data logging; mechanical, electrical, or workshop knowledge is also valued to assist in identifying operational issues. A stable full-time position with rotating shifts is offered. Initial hiring is through an employment agency, with the possibility of transitioning to direct employment with the company later, based on performance. The salary is competitive—approximately €1.920 gross per month—plus additional bonuses. The company provides necessary training to ensure progressive and supported integration.
