Stable project with an established company In Cornellà de Llobregat, we need a person responsible for coordinating transportation and distribution operations. Responsibilities include organizing the movement of goods to ensure safe and timely deliveries, optimizing transportation routes, managing drivers' schedules, supervising the traffic department, and resolving any operational incidents. Prior experience in a similar role within the logistics and transportation sector is required, along with strong organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of fleet management and route planning is also essential. This position offers an initial contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with a genuine opportunity to join the company's permanent staff. It is a stable project with an established company. The annual gross salary starts at €28,000, negotiable based on experience, plus night-shift allowances according to the assigned shift. Working hours are rotating: morning shift from 04:00 to 13:00, night shift from 23:00 to 08:00, or split shift from 09:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00. * Prior experience in a similar role within the transportation and logistics sector. * Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Knowledge of transportation management, route planning, and fleet management. * Experience in comprehensive traffic department management will be valued.
