The responsibilities for this position will be carried out within the dispatch department. * **Load and unload trucks**, handling materials safely. * **Store materials and finished products in the warehouse**, following internal organizational criteria. * **Interpret work orders and customer orders** to prepare shipments according to specifications. * **Ensure alignment between actual quantities and quality of the product and the received order.** * **Select appropriate packaging and package the product**, based on order type and customer requirements. * **Enter order status into the Recam system**, keeping the entire order cycle up to date. * **Prepare delivery notes and necessary documentation** for dispatch. * **Perform final inspections of finished products**, ensuring they are ready for shipment. * **Guarantee accurate registration of all outgoing items**, and ensure proper handling of any returns. * **Work autonomously** across all preparation, control, and dispatch processes. * **Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper material arrangement** within the dispatch area. **Requirements:** --------------- * Forklift operator’s license is mandatory. * Proficiency in operating counterbalanced forklifts, reach trucks, and electric stackers is mandatory. * Knowledge of the metal sector is desirable. * Basic computer skills. * Adaptability to change and versatility. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * 6-month contract \+ permanent. * Schedule: Full-time split shift. * Salary: 27\.500\-28\.000€/gross annual. ### **Got more questions?** Contact our Human Resources Department T: **\+34938655620** ### **Address** Carrer de les Borges Blanques, s/n, 08140 Caldes de Montbui, Barcelona
