Working in IT at Kuehne\+Nagel contributes to far more than we imagine. ###### **‎** The **Local IT Support Expert** is responsible for providing technical support and managing the computer systems and equipment across Kuehne\+Nagel offices, ensuring their proper operation and availability. Their mission includes installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment, operating systems, networks, servers, and communication tools, as well as resolving first-level incidents and providing direct user support. **How you’ll make an impact** ------------------------ * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, operating systems, software, and printing devices. * Provide technical support to users, managing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and systems. * Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, subnets, communications, telephony, and printing systems. * Manage servers, Microsoft domains, data storage, and office backup systems. * Monitor and maintain cabling and network connections, ensuring correct interconnection of equipment. * Manage procurement of equipment, consumables, software, and other products required for IT infrastructure operations. * Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, as well as proper use of technological assets. * Collaborate with other teams and vendors, adhering to Kuehne\+Nagel’s Working Instructions, policies, and standards to ensure high-quality service. **What we’d like you to bring** ----------------------------------- * Higher vocational education degree in Computer Science, Systems Administration, or a related field. * Between **2 and 5 years of experience** in technical support or systems administration roles. * Solid knowledge of operating systems, especially Windows environments and server administration. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in network administration and maintenance. * Experience in user support, incident resolution, and hardware/software maintenance. * Familiarity with MS Office and commonly used IT tools. * **Advanced level of English**, both spoken and written. * Proactive, customer-oriented, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. **What’s in it for you?** --------------------- At Kuehne\+Nagel, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career in a global, dynamic, and customer-focused environment.
